Brandon is a Chartered Certified Accountant based in our Carmarthen office. Brandon started his career in Accountancy with LHP in his teenage years and has been with the company for over 5 years. During this time, he completed his qualifications to become a member of the ACCA and has quickly gained an abundance of knowledge and expertise in supporting and advising clients on a range of different matters.

Megan has been working for LHP for over 6 years. She has over 10 years experience working for an accountancy firm. Her day to day role involves preparing accounts for a variety of clients, preparing tax returns and meeting with clients. Megan has recently gained her qualification as a Chartered Certified Accountant.

Anwen started her accountancy career working in management accounts, before moving to work in practice where she gained a wealth of experience and knowledge especially in the agriculture and construction sectors.

Anwen is passionate and excited about the Making Tax Digital initiative which she believes will revolutionise the accounting industry.

Eleri has been involved in accountancy practices since she was 19 years old. She joined LHP in 2018, initially working at our Carmarthen office before moving to our Lampeter office, where she shares the responsibilities of an office manager.

Eleri primarily works with farming clients but possesses experience across various trades. Her daily responsibilities includes preparing accounts for Limited companies, Partnerships, and sole traders, preparing tax returns, delegating tasks and assisting with a wide range of enquiries.

Ann Morgan is a Welsh speaker with a farming background and a degree in Agriculture with Agricultural Economics from Bangor University.

Ann joined LHP in November 2011 and with over 30 years of experience her knowledge base can help businesses with all their business needs.

Tracey works in the accounts department in the Haverfordwest office and looks after mostly trader accounts, for Sole Trades, Partnerships and Limited Companies. She has experience in processing VAT returns and payroll. Tracey is certified in Xero, Quickbooks and Freeagent software. Tracey has over 30 years experience in accountancy and has always worked in Pembrokeshire.

Eleri Quan is a Senior Accountant based in our Lampeter office. With more than 30 years of experience in the accounting field, Eleri has been a valued member of the LHP team for over 6 years.

Her primary focus is on our farming clients, where she handles a variety of responsibilities. These include preparing management and year-end accounts, generating Tax Returns for both partnerships and individuals, as well as providing assistance with VAT Returns and addressing any software-related challenges clients may encounter.

Josh Richards is a senior accountant at LHP, based in their Carmarthen office. Josh attended Swansea University, obtaining a degree in Accounting & Finance. Josh then joined a local accountancy practice in 2018 before joining LHP Accountants in 2021. Having completed his final ACCA exams with LHP Accountants, Josh became a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) in 2023.

Nathan began working in practice in 2015, during this time he studied and qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant. Nathan began working for LHP in the Aberaeron office in July 2023.

Steven has over 30 years experience in audit and general practice, qualifying with one of Swansea’s leading firms in 1998.  Following that he joined a firm in Cardiff as a partner where he helped grow the firm with his dedication to client satisfaction.  After several years he returned to Swansea to continue as a sole practitioner in order to achieve a balanced work/family life. He continued that for more than 10 years before he joined LHP and quickly became a valued part of our audit division which is considered his specialist area.

A fluent welsh speaker from a farming background with 38 years experience preparing Accounts with  LHP. With my agricultural Knowledge I have been specialising in Farm accounts for the last 20 years

Outside of work I have a passion for Photography , Wrexham football club and most of all my 4 Frenches

Emma Arnold is a Senior Accountant based in our Carmarthen branch, she started her accounting career in Industry 25 years ago becoming an MAAT accountant in 2005 moving into practice in 2019. She has been with LHP since 2023 and has experience in a range of businesses including Sole Traders, Partnerships, Limited Companies with her main focus being Corporate accounting.

Geraint has been working for LHP for over 7 years. He previously worked for H & W Jones for 15 years before LHP took over the practice. His day to day role involves preparing accounts and management accounts for a variety of clients and preparing tax and vat returns. Geraint attended University of Glamorgan, obtaining a degree in Accountancy and Finance.

Ceri is a senior accountant based in our Lampeter office. Ceri has over 40 years experience in the accountancy sector and has been with LHP for over 6 years.

Her day to day role involves preparing accounts, VAT returns and  tax returns for a variety of businesses.
